Predictum Wafer Map Add-In for JMP
Overview
The Wafer Map add-in is an extension of JMP software that enables you visualize trends and patterns in a data table containing columns of data values for die characteristics and properties using two-dimensional (2D) or a three-dimensional (3D) wafer map plots.
How to Use
- Open JMP software and install the Wafer Map add-in.
- Open one of the provided example data tables, which are bundled in the same zip file as the Wafer Map add-in. Or alternatively, set up and open one of your own data tables, using the guidelines provided in the Wafer Map Add-in User Guide.
- Open the Wafer Map add-in, using the custom Predictum > Wafer Map menu.
- In the Wafer Map Plot Specifications window, define the plot specifications to generate one or more two-dimensional or three-dimensional wafer map plots and click OK. The plot view window appears, showing a wafer map plot for each selected column of dies property values. Also, an updated data table showing numbers of repeated pairs of x and y coordinates in consecutive rows of your original data table.
- Optional: Save the plot view and/or the updated data table.
