WaferMap: 2D View

Features

  • Plots a 2D Wafer Map given a set of X coordinates, Y coordinates, and Values
  • binary option plots lowest value as green and the rest red
  • bin option keeps track of each different value and plots as Green to Blue to Red according to lowest value to highest value
  • real option that expects non integer values and thus the plot will show a wider spectrum of colors and legend will be a continuous bar (non-discrete)
  • units according to the STDF standard (inches, centimeters, millimeters, mils, unknown)
  • option to choose positive direction of X (right or left) and/or Y axis (up or down)
  • can specify a wafer flat, located either up, down, left, right, or none. Will draw the flat on the disc, if the disc is greater than 150mm in diameter, a notch will be drawn instead
  • can specify the die width and height to get rectangular/square shapes
  • batch journal option, able to create multiple plots and have all the graphs side by side in the journal

Wafer Map 3D

WaferMap: 3D View

  • Plots a 3D Wafer Map given a set of X coordinates, Y coordinates, and Values
  • discrete option draws a rectangular prism for each die where the height corresponds to the value (supports positive & negative values, always starts to draw from the wafer)
  • units according to the STDF standard (inches, centimeters, millimeters, mils, unknown)
  • can specify the die width and height to get rectangular/square shapes
  • can rotate the wafer to get views at different angles
  • can zoom in and out
  • option to choose positive direction of X (right or left) and/or Y axis (up or down)
  • can specify a wafer flat, located either up, down, left, right, or none. Will draw the flat on the disc, if the disc is greater than 150mm in diameter, a notch will be drawn instead
  • batch journal option, able to create multiple plots and have all the graphs side by side in the journal

Our products are priced according to the total number of JMP® users within your company world-wide – regardless of the number of users who will be using the plug-ins.

$1995/year/add-in for ≤ 200 total JMP licensees
$5495/year/add-in for more than 200 total JMP licenses
